Doctor David Laroy is a horrible person! I thought that as a team, "[Our] mission is to provide high quality veterinary care in a compassionate manner by utilizing effective client communication," which is the last thing Dr Laroy did with me! In the end, he was very offensive, condescending and arrogant, and deserves to be fired! His customer service turned me off to the entire clinic unfortunately. I was very displeased and forced to take my business elsewhere.
