The very best training in Delco. Sifu Fred Grant is the best teacher in the tri state area. Well worth the money
Sifu Grant is very knowledgeable on all types of martial arts and chances are that if you as him "do you know this art" he will already be telling new things about that art that you did not know. Sifu is genuinely invested in your well being and martial growth. There is not a Sifu anywhere elsewhere who can do what he does.
This is my training place and you won't be disappointed so come train, learn, and bring the kids he has kid classes also it's worth it.
