Michael Grant is the best all round mechanic,will always go to his place for vehicle repairs
Not the nicest people
Waited three weeks to get an appointment. Finally got my vehicle in on a Friday. They diagnosed it and told me what was wrong and told me the parts would be in Tuesday or Wednesday and they would call me when the parts arrived. I never received a call so I called them the following Friday and they gave me the same answer telling me the parts would be in the following Tuesday or Wednesday and they would call. i've been a customer of theirs for YEARS and i've had a great experience with them every time. there's a lot of kindness and compassion from this garage that i've never really experienced at other locations, they go above and beyond. you can really tell that not only do they care about what they do, but they care about their customers. i tell everyone i come across who complains about car problems "you'll never find a better shop than Grants"
