I went to get an oil change, it took them almost 4 hours for an oil change. I went to check on it 2 hours after I dropped it off and there were 2 ladies that arrived after me and still were done before me. I did not get a call saying that my car was done, I had to drive by multiple times to finally notice that my car had moved.
