Did take time to speak with me but was no longer available when I paid out of pocket for nothing I literally was explaining everything I was trying to accomplish and he did provide what I paid for when it was supposed to be covered under my legal MetLife plan I also have coverages for 4 hours of service that wasn’t covered and still asked me to pay out of pocket to disappear.
Mark Grantom is very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me on our first call. I would definitely use him again!
