I took my cat here a week ago to get spayed, the spay went fine but when I brought her home a few days later she began trying to itch at her ears. She had a cone on so I looked in her ears and she has ear mites. I don’t take her anywhere and the only place she went to was the vet. I called them asking if they could do anything and they laughed and said there’s no way she got them there and that they could schedule an exam but it would cost money. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. Show no signs of sympathy or empathy for your pets. We took our dog in for a possible ear infection. They gave her a shot and sent us home. The bill was around $400. A week later, her ear did not get any better, actually got worse. We took her back but this time they wanted to sedate her to irrigate her ear. We left and made an appointment with another veterinarian.
