Had a disappointing experience due to miscommunication with the vet. Maureen, the practice manager, went out of her way to understand what happened and address it. Thank you Maureen.
Really disappointing treatment of my 14 year old dog here. Saw two different vets, neither seemed to have much experience in caring for an anxious dog or listening to what we were trying to tell them about his symptoms. Will not be returning to this vet.
My 3yr old pug was rushed into Grantham St Vet after having a seizure. Dr Paul Davey and Dr Ash Cullen were absolutely brilliant with my pup. The team went above and beyond, we ended up at a specialist later that day. While the prognosis is sad, I feel at ease knowing that my dog is so well supported by the team at Grantham Street.
