I’ve visited Grantham Street Veterinary Clinic several times now, and every single experience has been exceptional. Every member of the team is genuinely caring, compassionate, and accommodating. Could not recommend their services more highly. We have been taking our dog to this vet for 7 years now and the service level and attentiveness they deliver is consistently high and trustworthy. Our dog recently had a strange episode which happened at 11:30am on a Saturday, I called the vet knowing they close at 12:00pm - they told me to bring him in anyway, we got there at 11:55am - they saw him straight away, were able to diagnose his condition (Horners Syndrome) and checked him all over to reassure us. Overpriced!
We have brought our cat Bug here for a couple years now. All the staff we've interacted with have been lovely and genuinely want to help and care. We're low income earners and have never felt any judgement about that. They always work with us to make the best informed choice within our budget. I also like that they have a cat only waiting area and consult room, it rlly makes a difference for Bug. I feel super lucky that this is our local vet <3
