Lovely caring atmosphere
My dog is notoriously anxious at the vet, frequently experiencing panic attacks and having to be carried and held throughout appointments. The team at Grantham St vet were exceptionally kind, taking the time to meet her at the door and calm her down before she came in. They did this without any prior warning of her issues and knew exactly what to do to help. Best Dogtor in town. Update: 4 years later and still a great clinic with a wonderful team of people. The happy visits are a great idea too!
They came to our home to assist us in saying goodbye to our beloved dog of 12 years. They were so kind, gentle & accomodating. I called the vet a couple of times because we had to change dates & time of our appointment. They were so patient & really tried their best to work within our limits. I couldn't recommend a more caring team.
Had a disappointing experience due to miscommunication with the vet. Maureen, the practice manager, went out of her way to understand what happened and address it. Thank you Maureen.
