They never return calls . I’ve called for the past 3 weeks post consultation with no return calls . Horrible service .
Do not use this firm. There is no one in charge here. Everyone does whatever they want. The receptionist is there only half the time and you have to leave a message. The attny Chris Ryan is hardly there and you get forwarded to his voice mail and then play telephone tag. The paralegal Jenifer is horribly unprofessional and gives out wrong and misleading legal advice. When confronted she sneered fine, I'll drop whatever i'm doing and send you your document. 60% of the legal advice she gave us turned out to be absolutely wrong... read more
