I usually love the staff and the store here. It’s a great location, but I had a bit of a disappointing experience today. My wife had picked up some shelf brackets for me When I went to use them, and unfortunately they wouldn’t work It was a small item so we didn’t have the receipt, (I don’t usually keep receipts for every five dollar item) but the items had the home hardware sticker, and sku on it I received a flat no I can’t do it. Good selection or products and prices were comlarible to other hardware stores I have been to. They have a good clearance section as well. I was also a le to pick my wife up some items for the patio which I know will make her happy and less upset about my expensive work expense bill. Customer service was excellent but unfortunately no name tag didn't allow for me to get the name of the lady helping me. I will return for future needs personal and professional.
The staff were helpful and attentive. Second time in store and would definitely return. They had some good in store specials marked down.
We dropped in to see whether the staff could recommend someone who could repair our bathroom drywall. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. We didn't buy anything however, we got what we came for.
