Truly exceptional customer service from Bev. I went in today needing a specific bolt and nut for a lawn mower handle that went down on my business today. Behind on our cutting schedule I was stressed and worried I wouldn’t be able to find a fit. Bev quickly assisted me when I walked in the store, helped me sort through solutions and even came out to the parking lot to help with the install and ensure it was going to work. Bev saved me a huge headache and helped me get back on track. Thank you!!
