Erik and Nathan did a phenomenal job on my new home. They walked me step by step through a process I knew nothing about. I never had to worry about what was going on because they kept in contact with me regularly throughout. Nathan answered and returned calls quickly and answered all my questions. Erik, Nathan, and their subs did a great job on our addition. The project was abnormal in the fact that we build a basement right next to our crawlspace house, and many contractors wouldn’t have wanted to mess with it. They were professional, timely, and did what they said they would do. I would recommend Grantham Builders to anyone looking to build or add on to their house.
