I really like one of the bar soaps (snatchbox). However, the shipping times are ridiculous: 6 weeks to receive my last order. I also tried a new item (liquid wash) that I wasn't satisfied with. I emailed this business about it weeks ago & never received a response.
I LIVE for this natural soap business. It’s black owned and the owner is the sweetest. I’ve never had any issues and the cost and wait are worth the amazing affects I’ve experienced. I haven’t had a bad product yet and her service is amazing! She responds fairly quick for her team not to be the biggest and I have been a buyer from her since her first couple of years selling soaps online! If I could give her more stars for her soaps.
