Cole was super helpful, knowledgable and walked us through every step of the process of buying our first home. Once the rest of the team took over during the closing process, they were always checking in to make sure our questions were answered. The Grant team is amazing! They walked us through finding our dream condo. They also did amazing at selling our family home. It ended up being more challenging and taking longer than anyone expected because of issues with the city. The Grant team did an amazing job advocating for us with the buyer and keeping the sell on track. Their council about when and how to buy and sell was priceless. This team, especially Andy, came through for me when other companies just really wern,t interested because it was a "mobile" home, and wasn,t going to sell for @$%^&^%%$ amount of dollars. I was in a deep mess due to a former "friend" who rented the unit and paid only 6 months rent during a 5 year period . Renter was finally evicted from moblie park and left me with a lawsuit from park management and four months of back space rental. Unit was left destroyed.
