Competent and thoughtful doctors. They are warm and pleasant. Also they talk to you as a person, not a number. I highly recommend this practice.
I've been going to this medical centre for a few years now (they were previously Grant Street Medical Centre) and have always found them to be a decent place to go. The doctors I've seen most often are caring and thorough, nurses are lovely and good at what they do, reception staff are friendly and helpful, and the building is new and clean with good access and a useful amount of car parking out the back (much easier to park than at the prior location) I do wish there was a little more clarity sometimes around billing, so yo... read more

All of the reception staff are always so warm and welcoming. Dr Prethi has assisted me through many medical issues and continues to be kind and caring, exactly what you want in a GP.
