Really appreciate everyone from the wonderful ladies at reception, to the nurses, to Dr Inosha. I always get treated with respect, patience, and care.
The front reception staff are lovely and always a pleasure to deal with, but I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you’re seeing Dr. Rani. The other doctors make you feel like just a checkbox and rush you through without any genuine care and also come across as very rude. Dr. Rani is truly exceptional, and she’s the only reason I continue to attend this clinic.
Excellent medical centre! From booking appointments to seeing the doctor, the entire experience at Graham Street Medical Centre is professional and efficient. The staff are caring and attentive, and I always feel like my health is in good hands. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality medical care.
