Beautiful rooms. Very clean. And Cheyenne at the front desk went above and beyond. Definitely a plus.
ATTN: OWNER, Cheyenne (front desk) is very rude/condescending and making your hotel look very bad - initially I just called to ask about rates as your website is not working properly with an Error 404 and will not allow a person to make a reservation - Cheyenne said this is usually what happens when there are no rooms available which wasn’t the case when she looked it up - the room/dates were available which I understand websites sometimes glitch and she was fine at this time. Overall it was a good stay. This was a little tricky to rate as so many things were excellent, but I think overall I would not stay again. The location is perfect. The rooms were spacious, bathrooms immaculate although there is no place to put some toiletries that you want IN the shower with you; I had to place items on the shower floor, which was inconvenient. Amazing location, great service, huge rooms, clean and brand new. Giving 5 stars! I do just want to mention that the noise on the bottom floor was extremely loud coming from upstairs for a few periods of time. I think they might have an event room upstairs so anytime they were rearranging furniture / cleaning etc, it was very loud dragging, moving etc. Would not stop me from staying here again but wanted to voice that small Issue - maybe ask for a room on second floor or not under this area if possible.
