Shayna is incompetent. She cancelled my stay the day of because I asked why I had been booked onto the lower of the two floors despite paying the higher of the two prices when booking. Unless you want to be messed around then please stay AWAY. It caused me a great deal of stress and I dislike her very very much, horrible person
Absolutely disgraceful service!!! Shayna the receptionist is probably one of the most illiterate customer service people I’ve come across in my life. I called the hotel on the day of my check in as I was stranded alone in Dunedin to see if I could check in early and was told - hmm will try and see if a room is available if so I’ll call you back. Great location! Couldn’t ask for a better location. Within walking distance to downtown Dunedin. FYI-Parking garage is tight. Will not fit with a dually that’s for sure! I have a Highlander and it was a little tight. Service-We didn’t ask for service while there. But had plenty of towels & wash rags for 2 people for 2 days. Note-I seen where it is noted that they clean every 2 days if staying 2 days or more. Rooms-room was clean.
