I wouldn't waste my time with this lawyer. He strung me along for almost 2 years making promises and just telling me what he thought I wanted to hear, then one day out of the blue he told me we just didn't have a case. I was in shock. I had a ton of evidence. Pictures, documents etc. I mean pictures of the actual bedbugs in the room. The bites etc. I thought for two years everything was on track and moving forward until I was abruptly informed "sorry you just don't have a case" I mean how could we not have a case? Unprofessional and unaccountable for failure to complete their contractual obligations
The firm is unprofessional and unresponsive. They do not show up for court dates and take payment for services unrendered and then dodge accountability and response for years multiple times when answers are sought. Used car salesmen in equally shitty suits.
I was referred to Attorney Grant Schwarz by another attorney and couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was professional, responsive, and followed up consistently. Excellent work from start to finish—highly recommended.
