I recently purchased a custom made filleting knife, I fillet many fish in a year (150-300) walleye/pike/perch and have always used decent knives/electric knives. I cannot think of any negative to say about my purchase from Grant, I have never experienced nor did I even think it was possible to experience the cutting capabilities this knife has. The cuts were effortless and such clean cuts, best filleting experience I have ever had thanks to this incredible knife. Looking forward to a lifetime of nice cuts. Thanks Grant!!
