Please be cautious when doing business with Charles. I did not receive a written contract for any of the services provided. On April 4, I picked up one of his advertised Tesla Model S vehicles after paying $3,500 as a down payment with an agreed $380 monthly payment. After eight months of having the vehicle, and despite me not being in default, Charles refused to accept my December payment and issued a three-day notice to pick up the vehicle.
