The staff was very friendly and courteous. Easy to work with.
My mother had a serious accident with a hedge saw, cutting her finger down to the bone in two places and bleeding heavily. When I brought her into urgent care, there was only one receptionist on duty, and a patient was checking in ahead of us. I apologized to the other patient and explained the urgency of my mother's bleeding to the receptionist, who looked at me with complete disdain.
