Always good experience
I've been seeing Dr. Wilcox for about 7 years and have had an excellent experience. His glowing reviews are well earned. I now have new insurance and have to pick another dentist, but the first dentist I went to wanted to charge me a $240 copay for cleaning my teeth! I spoke to Delta Dental about this and they encouraged me to file a formal complaint, which I have. They then gave me a list of other dentists I could see, but so far I have not been able to find one who doesn't have horrible things said about them online. Despi... read more
Dr. Wilcox came highly recommended to me by a friend whose whole family has been seeing him for years for their dental needs! And I can see why he gains patients for life. The office is very quaint but cozy and all the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone truly takes the time to explain procedures, etc so you're not left in the dark. I thoroughly appreciate their timeliness and professionalism and love the good dental work that they do!
