I had been a customer of Grant Park Laundry for years. However, when I wrote the owner, Jay Baker a registered letter about some of my concerns at his business, he refused to even accept the letter. He had no idea who I was or what the letter was in reference to. I followed up with a phone call and he never returned my call or made any attempts to acknowledge me as a customer.
