Just moved in and will concur with another person review on weed smokers and garage issues. I will also say that an elevator has been down off and on for two months so if you are moving account for this with your moving people as I ended up having to move a lot by myself because we could not get an elevator for a long time.
I’ve been living here for about a year now. Overall, the experience has been okay, but there are definitely some challenges. One major issue is that my neighbors frequently smoke weed. I’m highly allergic to it, so I’ve had to buy multiple air purifiers and reseal my doors to help with the smell—but even with those measures, it’s not enough. Overall a comfortable, quiet condo building. Plusses are location and lower condo fee for the proximity to dining, supermarket (can walk to Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods), downtown Denver and also nice park with fountain that is well maintained. The neg is the trash chutes which can take kitchen bags but not boxes. Also like the fitness room on second floor, the central air and heating because unit stays cool in summer yet warm in winter, and the large balcony compared with a previous building.
