Just moved in and will concur with another person review on weed smokers and garage issues. I will also say that an elevator has been down off and on for two months so if you are moving account for this with your moving people as I ended up having to move a lot by myself because we could not get an elevator for a long time. More to add… fire alarms going off frequently. I had issues with hot and cold water. A pipe leaked on my car rusted water and stained my car glass and paint. I’ve been living here for about a year now. Overall, the experience has been okay, but there are definitely some challenges. One major issue is that my neighbors frequently smoke weed. I’m highly allergic to it, so I’ve had to buy multiple air purifiers and reseal my doors to help with the smell—but even with those measures, it’s not enough.
