Buckle up, this is a long one lol but I see a few negative reviews and I feel the need to share my experience! A couple people recommended this place to me for my very small, 12 year old dog. First time I brought Sophie here for a regular check up, we saw Dr. Kraemer and it was fantastic. Reposting because they had my original one removed. I’m leaving this review after catching wind of the recent negative reviews of Grant park and am truly shocked at how this vet is still running. We decided to stop coming here and switch veterinarians last fall after several troubling and unprofessional interactions with the techs and especially the very rude and condescending girls running the front desks. Dr Watson and the team at GPAH are always so kind and considerate - I would not trust anyone else with my precious dog’s care. There is a reason almost everyone I know takes their pets there!! We appreciate all you do and how amazing your clinic is! Thank you for looking after us ❤️🤗🐾
*Reposted since they removed it previously. Unfortunately also have to agree with the recent comments about the front desk staff. I took my dog here twice and while I appreciated being accommodated with a short notice appointment for the second visit, I left absolutely certain we would never be back. The interactions with the vet and vet tech were pleasant but the attitude on the women at the front desk was enough to look elsewhere. They’re rude, cold, and made the entire visit uncomfortable.
