Updating my review to say that it is very telling that the only positive reviews coming in are from the front desk girls themselves and friends and family of the clinic owners…. That is now how you run a business and maintain a reputation !!! The girls at reception are very standoff ish for being the first point of contact for people bringing in their injured and ill pets. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for amazing veterinary care ♥️
I want to start this review by saying we love bringing our dogs to Grant Park and they are the only vets office we trust in the city bringing them to. That being said, the front desk experience has been really disappointing with one individual (longhair and Asian?) who is that often rude, condescending and ignorant. Specially the other day we were waiting for our dogs meds in the waiting area and she was loudly swearing while also speaking negatively about an associate veterinarian that works in the hospital Dr. Mia Benarroc... read more

Excellent care, Dr. Drain is exceptional, very helpful staff and reasonable rates.
