After receiving notice of a significant increase in my homeowner’s insurance, I reached out to my State Farm agent, Grant Murphy. They’ve insured my Subarus for years and I couldn’t be happier. MacKenzie Hanley -Cannon responded quickly, and after asking a few questions, she bundled my vehicles and provided a quote much lower than the one from my previous insurer. I'm happy with her prompt, knowledgeable service and the money she saved me.
Grant and his staff (Itzel especially...) have always been courteous and pleasant to work with, even after I left State Farm for another insurer, only to return a year and a half later. Their professionalism is one of the main reasons why I brought my business to this State Farm office.
MacKenzie with Grant Murphy is beyond fantastic ! I called her Friday afternoon - with in a very short time frame she called me back with an auto and renters policy with better coverage then I had with my previous agent, and she saved me money !! Aside from that, which is great, she was/is very professional, polite, helpful. With customer becoming a thing of the past, I'm so glad this office and MacKenzie have the customer service down perfectly.
