Mackenzie doesn’t know what she’s doing, and very unprofessional. The way she does business is the same as phone scammers. It started with her calling me early October with a quote on insurance. She said she’d call me the last week of October for payment. I asked her for the quote on paper , like in the State Farm app , by mail or email. I told her I need to see what I’m buying to fully be onboard. She failed to provide it , I called her twice with questions she couldn’t answer and didn’t want to, she’s arrogant.
