Bought a 2021 Chev Silverado from the Smokey Lake store. Amy and the staff were great to deal with. I was able to deal over the phone before driving up to see it. The truck was everything they said it was and the transaction went smoothly. I was not disappointed. Easier than any purchase I have made at a big city dealership hands down. Very friendly and professional. Was worth the trip for the experience.
I brought my vehicle in for service work on recalls for my vehicle.. Carol was an excellent ambassador for the dealership. When I picked up my vehicle, she was very professional and friendly. She explained the work done and asked if I had any questions. She made the experience of picking up my truck awesome. The very next day Rayann called to see how everything was with my truck. She was also great to speak with. ☆ I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone wanting quality work with a fantastic staff.
