History Established in 1978. The company was founded on the belief that there would always be demand for quality housing that is well managed and well maintained. The original two families that started the company still own the company and control management at all sites. Many of the apartments and other properties in our portfolio have been managed by us for 15 to 30 years, including the first property on Lakeview Ave in Lowell, MA.

As someone who provides dog walks and cat visits for a number of residents in this apartment complex, it’s extremely frustrating that they do not allow residents to put fobs in outdoor lock boxes. I have been stuck outside of their apartment for several hours over the past few weeks because their owners were unable to buzz me in. This is the only apartment I’ve been at that has had this policy. Until they reverse this policy, I’m unwilling to provide services to residents here because it’s a waste of my time. Lived here for just over a year and really cannot complain about the building and management. Building is kept clean and the maintenance guy is great. Jessica was always very responsive and friendly to me. Loved that they would drop packages off at you door. The other reviews about safety are not true at all, very safe building and never saw any issues with parked cars.
