They listen to me! They understand and believe me when I say something. We have common goals good health, no surgery or medications unless it's absolutely needed. If there is a more natural way to deal with an issue...that's what I want! World Medical is where I also have a say in my healthcare.
I had a billing issue before, but it was resolved by manager John Burlock. If you have an issue I recommend talking straight to the office (phone extension 2) because the third party that answers the “billing” extension did not help. The manager resolved my problem in less than 5 minutes.
