If you see that low review rating, believe it because it is true. If I was having a heart attack I would still do my best to drive elsewhere. The receptionist in the E.D. was rude during my visit and policies in place made this my least favorite hospital in all of WV. Also, the billing department is lazy and would rather place an account with collections instead of billing the right people. My "insurance" is the federal government.
