I am not one to ever leave bad reviews, but I feel like I would be doing the public a disservice by not. This place has messed my mouth up so bad. I went to Haviland when I lived in Randleman, and he told me I had 10 cavities (which he filled, all of them). Knowing what I know now, I probably didnt even have but one or two. The first time I got fillings from this place, they locked my jaw up, and I couldn't even open my mouth for months - I called MANY times for them just to tell me to give it time and take ibuprofen. Went recently for a teeth cleaning and X-rays. From the front staff, to dental hygienists, to the doctor we were so pleased with the warm welcome and quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this facility
I’ll start with the amazing front desk staff. They immediately make you feel at home. Then Karen, she is absolutely amazing. She and Dr. Haviland have done a lot of great work on me and my 3 kids. Karen is so kind and so great at what she does. One time Dr. Haviland saw my car tire was low and he went out and fixed it. You won’t see many dentist to that! We love y’all! - The Kirkpatricks
Wish I found this dentist sooner! I hadn’t been in years due to prior bad experiences with different dentist. Out of pocket is reasonable is another plus!!
