RecommendedAlthough I have to drive from Ventura to Grant House, I know that my sewing machine will be serviced appropriately and quickly. I love to browse the newest sewing tech, shop their fabrics, and chat with staff. They are welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional - qualities that are not always common across the board.
Went in today to look at a machine, walked out with a beautiful new Brother. Grant was wonderful, was happy to take the time to show me how to use it and had loads of tips and tricks. I was thrilled with the experience and will absolutely be back.

Grant goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. It is the only same day sewing machine repair shop, I have waited over two weeks with other dealers, longer if it is around the holidays.
