Representing myself, I faced an order to show cause from the firm seeking to "immediately and permanently remove his Google Review". The dispute described below could not be resolved amicably. Bryan Goldstein and Jessica Friedrich are both of the most amazing professional and warm people I have dealt in this field. Always responsive, supportive but honest and straightforward. Gregory Cayne and Kiera Sullivan were extremely helpful. I had a very complex sale mixed with a litigation and a nasty coop. They kept working with me until the end in a professional and supportive manner.
My wife and I found that the representation we got from Grant Herrmann Schwartz & Klinger LLP was unreliable, and the firm hard to work with. The attorney working with us was great but departed the firm abruptly. And the firm did not bother to inform us of that in a timely manner, which we consider reckless for a law firm.
