Knowledgeable, friendly care.
Very short wait in waiting room and after going back to see the doctor. He spends time to listen to questions and concerns and is able to answer all questions thoroughly and comes up with a plan together.
I had a very frustrating experience with the front desk staff, mainly over the phone. My primary care doctor advised me to make an appointment with this doctor. When I first called in November, I was told that I needed a referral. I explained that my insurance does not require a referral to see a specialist.
