I contracted with Grant Heating & Cooling Inc. to install HVAC system in my home in the spring of 2024. They were very professional and did a very good job. In the winter of 2025 I had a minor problem with one of the Mitsubishi heat pump system units. The company was quick to troubleshoot the situation. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable about the system and thorough. It required several visits to diagnose the problem and fix it. Please stay away from this company (Grant Heating & Cooling) They cannot repair their equipment and will charge you thousands of dollars for parts and labor. Replace parts, charge you, and unit still does not work. Correct, unit does not work after multiple visits. Zero stars! Labor cost is through the roof. No follow-up. Company is a scam! You have been warned.
