If could give 0 stars, I would. I have had the most horrible experience with this insurance agency. To sum it all up, I requested a quote to add a vehicle to my policy, back in September. Per State Farm policy, I would receive a call from my agent with this information. I requested the quote on a Friday and anticipated hearing back from them within the next week. They NEVER called, so I didn't worry about. Fast forward to October when I login to the app to make a payment, my vehicle which I was still driving had been dropped... read more
