I had an incredible experience working with Grant. He is warm, professional, and instantly put me at ease with his welcoming presence. His depth of experience is evident, even after just one Rolfing session, I felt noticeably better in my body. I’m grateful for his skill and care, and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
Just completed the 10-week Rolfing program and came out of it feeling so much better than before. Aside from the bodywork, the discussions on posture, alignment, how we walk and carry ourselves were extremely helpful and a useful life “reset.” Not to mention Grant is a great guy to boot!
I don’t usually leave online reviews, but when I do it’s because my experience was noteworthy. Otherwise, who’s got the time… right? First of all I am not a “massage guy”. After having a not great first Rolfing experience, I was very grateful to have Grant come up in my search. He is kind and professional with an educational approach to his practice. Along with the excellent service, the space itself is clean and inviting. I was able to experience great bodywork in a relaxing environment and given information that I can apply daily for better functional use of this body. Highly recommended.
