I have been fitting Grant products for a number of years and have always found them to be really helpful - in paticular John Morris & Rob Dyer are always at hand whenever needed to help with any issues, they always listen to the installer and are willing to adapt new products to help make installation & design easier for installers. A breath of fresh air in an industry where installers aren't being listened to.
I’ve been waiting 14 weeks for an engineer to visit despite being told that I was prioritised. Absolutely terrible service.
