If it was not for Grant, we would not have a house with this market. We started working with Grant in October 2021. I ask a lot of questions, and he answered each one. We saw many houses in the beginning, and he listened to our concerns, wishes, likes, and dislikes with each house. He used these conversations to really help us find our home. My father passed away this year and my sisters and I were responsible for selling his house in McLean. We met with Grant regarding our options, and though the sale ended up being a private transaction, Grant was extremely helpful with providing information and resources regarding both the sale of the house and the insurance, appraisal, and sale of other estate items.
