We have always had a great experience with Hannah and her staff. They have taken such good care of our fur babies. They have always taken the time to educate us as caretakers, which we truly appreciate. Recently, we had to say goodbye to one of our sweet babies, and the compassion and kindness Hannah and her team showed during this difficult time meant a lot to us. We are so grateful for the love and care they always gave our sweet boy.
I've been taking my cats here for a couple of years. We went for vaccines and one of my cats is scratching a huge hole in her fur at the injection site. It's bleeding and getting worse. I called for help. The person that answered the phone was snotty and sounded like I was bothering her. So she asks if I can drop my cat off the following day. We had an emergency with one our animals late at night, I called 2 other places in the area, none of which would take us because we aren’t a client to them. Hannah didn’t bat an eye and was more than happy to help us! She called to update me on the condition so I was able to relax a bit. We vet locally as Lancaster is half hour from us but I will be switching my care for all my pets. The price was way lower than I thought it was going to be. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!
I took my cat here to get neutered and I got him back with fleas. When I called and asked them if he could have picked it up from here I was told no and that he would have been treated. My cat does not live with other animals nor go outside. Not happy with them, definitely not going back
Friendly staff. Clean waiting room and exam room. Knowledgeable veterinarian. Happy to take my animals there.
