So many hoops & took so long to get my deposit back. Ridiculous. They did a presentation during story-time at the library. The female that did it was so rude. A woman kept asking to assist with the project they brought and she just ignored her. Then that rude female came up to me & only certain parents that looked a certain way (Tattoos, NOT dressed in prissy, preppy, church best clothes) & asked us if we need to use the 20% off discount that is obtainable to low-income. Wow. Never disappoint, Moses Lake. Nice
This review is for their website to make payments. I was with Grant County PUD for five years and could NOT use their "online pay option" the entire time. I could log in, see my bill on the main page but the moment I clicked "Pay", it said the website had timed out, even if I clicked pay less than 10 seconds after accessing the page! I tried it on my phone, my computer and my tablet. It never worked. So the only real pay options are in person and mail. VERY frustrating and inconvenient!!
Sent us a disconnect letter on 03-11 saying we must pay it by the 16th- the issue is we got it on the 16th. Of course they send it last minute. & of course their deposit went up. They also said I need my divorce decree to get my husband removed off the electric bill. These people are greedy & just crap. Two years ago they disconnected me WITHOUT a notice, now they send me a notice last min.
They took my money and I called them twice, they refuse to turn on my power but they had no problem taking all my money. Terrible customer service
They need more customer service representatives. I called at 4 pm, waited for over half an hour and they kept telling me there are six callers ahead of you. I so I never made any progress. I finally hung up. I guess I'll try back tomorrow. One star rating for terrible customer service line. I'd give zero if I could.
