May 2025 Update: Have had consistent issues with this org for the past year. Auto payments not pulling correctly. Assessing fees due to that and then not correcting the incorrectly assessed fees due to system errors. Updating to 1 star permanently. Beyond irritating to work with. Have had consistent issues with their payment portal withdrawing my funds on time even though auto pay has been set up and confirmed well in advance of the due date. I called in to inquire about why the auto pay cancels itself and I get assessed a fee and the customer service agent explicitly stated that I personally went onto the payment portal and canceled the payment myself and that’s why the issue happened. Seemingly absolutely useless all around. Been waiting since August 27th (and it is now November 26th) to get an internet gateway installed on a new house. And while I understand there can be delays in construction and supply lines, this is getting ridiculous. I have called regularly over the last several months and not only has nothing noticeable gotten done, I can't even get an *update* on what's happening.
