They took my money and I called them twice, they refuse to turn on my power but they had no problem taking all my money. Terrible customer service
They need more customer service representatives. I called at 4 pm, waited for over half an hour and they kept telling me there are six callers ahead of you. I so I never made any progress. I finally hung up. I guess I'll try back tomorrow. One star rating for terrible customer service line. I'd give zero if I could.

Horrendous service, accepted their calls 3 times no answers. Then I had to call the 4th time and then proceeded with attitude, netflix needs to add this company on their list of comedy's because these people are clowns. Starring cast: Allison, Maria, and their supervisor/manager
The new website has caused us to incur a lot of late payments between not being able to login and our autopay repeatedly not saving. Very frustrating. Please go back to the old website.
