Steve was right on time. He assessed the situation and found it to be an electrical circuit breaker and suggested I contact our electrician to replace it. He also mentioned that a block inside our heat pump was really pitted so I had him replace that piece. Very good job and very nice guy. Bob Houser.
Company markets as grant county, but charges a $35 trip charge for a tech to come out. When you call them they answer as Baker County. And prices are outrageous.
Tech was courteous and efficient. He also warned us of upcoming issues with two of the units allowing us to be proactive.
