Grant County Ems is very well established and has been doing Ems for years for Grant County. Mainly volunteers giving up their time to help others! Wonderful EMTs and always acting professional.
The techs that responded were not well trained, did not act professionally and then got lost on the hospital. They also now cannot get the spelling of the patients name correct nor have they billed the insurance like they should have done in the first place. Their office staff is rude and unhelpful. Will never call 911 again from my residence for medical issues.
