Grant was a delight to work with! We were referred to him from our lender and truly enjoyed working with him. He’s attentive, detailed, and honest. He went above and beyond for us while selling our house including vacuuming something we forgot before pictures and lending us a kennel while showing the house. He was on time/early for appointments and made a point to get to know us on a personal level. I would recommend him to anyone and if we buy/sell again, he’s the first person we’d call.
Grant stuck with us for the many months we looked for a home and worked really hard to help us navigate closing on two houses the same day, with all the before and after closing chaos that goes on. So grateful for his dedication and willingness to spend hours and hours on many Saturdays until we found THE ONE. :)
10/10, Absolutely would use Grant again and again. He’s very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Grant doesn’t make you feel like a number and went above and beyond. He made buying my first house a stress free breeze! I highly recommend him to everyone!!

Grant is far and away the best realtor, bar none, we have ever had the pleasure of working with. If I could give more than 5-stars I would. He helped us buy and sell two different properties, and all I can say is he set the bar impossibly high for other realtors to meet.
