We bought a new house one year and a half ago. There are so many problems with the house and they not even respond to us to discuss our concern. They did not honor their one year warranty. Came looked at the property at one year point and 6 months later they are not to be found. Called, emailed and nothing.

Grant Construction has built our second home. Mark and his team (Steve,Heather and many other associates with Grant Constuction are so easy to work with and help you along every step of the way. The quality of their homes are the best in the area and Mark has a great sense as to where to build. I recommend Grant Homes to everyone.
