If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had a very traumatic experience with Grant. I was given "one size fits all" care and ignored when I tried to ask for help. I was even denied answers when I just wanted to know more about alternative treatments. Then I tried to change providers because I was unhappy with the lack of communication, and I was told that Grant has to approve the transfer. I should get to choose my care, not them.
