We needed an urban, nearby storage facility for our RV. Very competitive pricing compared to storage places much further away, e.g. Contra Costa county. We always had good, friendly relationship with the owner, Louis

My Rv was safe but Louis was very difficult to work with and some of his business measures seems like he was trying to gouge people of their money .

Grant Ave Storage was a great place to store my boat. The staff was friendly, knowledgable, helpful and kind. I didn’t have any issues and felt my boat was in good hands when I wasn’t around. Thank you for taking care of me and my little boat! Definitely would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for safe and secure storage.

Grant Avenue Storage has been a great solution for us with our motorhome! The facility feels safe from bad actors; it's protected by large fences and safe from vermin; it's protected by a heard of feral cats. We really appreciate Louis and his facility!
