My sister and I were excited to get a blow out style for our hair. The exterior clearly states walk ins welcome. We were received poorly by the front desk personnel. She spoke to us in a highly snooty manner. Almost scoffing at us as we asked for a walk in appointment. A much more professional response would have been,”we don't have anything available at the moment, but let me see when the next available is for you.” Not a clear put down that because we did not have an appointment we were not welcomed.
