The worst possible salon. I am a new customer, I made an appointment at 1pm on 8/2 for blow dry because I had a wedding to go at 4pm at Pinstripes and they called me on 8/2 at 9:30am to tell me that they can't take me in because stylist "had family emergency" and they were not able to provide solutions or book me with another stylist. I asked them multiple times if they understand that I have wedding to go.
