My countertops are quartz and stunning. It is a common choice so they had stock on the lot. Sylvia was quick to reply to my emails after visiting the showroom. She coordinated templating and installation on the days promised. The Granstone teams who visited my home were kind, focused & attentive to detail. The seaming is barely noticeable! (Note: Backsplash completed by Avery Tile. )
Excellent experience. Started with immediate response to web request for a quote. Pricing very competitive. Gelena and Sylvia super-helpful in finding the right countertop for us and optimizing the what we needed against slab size. Everything on time as promised - the laser measuring, the installation. Everything member of the team a real pro. And fast - less than 3-weeks from inquiry to installation. Couldn’t have been better.

We had a fantastic experience with Granstone. The installation team arrived right on time, was friendly, professional and incredibly accommodating. They came well prepared and did an excellent job problem-solving a few unexpected details along the way. They worked efficiently, treated our home with care and left everything spotless. Most importantly, our two new countertops are absolutely beautiful! We couldn’t be happier with the workmanship and the entire experience. Highly recommend Granstone!
They will hire anyone regardless of skill. Workers drilled holes into my toilet stack when installing drywall -requiring the wall to be cut open again (toilet water was leaking through the wall before discovering what they did), cut tiles on my outdoor furniture which resulted in them cutting the table below too, cracked the sink when installing it and took a chunk out of the tub's acrylic finish by dropping a tool in it. The job was a while ago, but I'm still dealing with those issues to this day. I would not recommend them... read more
