Our new stove didn't fit. Granite from both sides of our granite counter needed to be removed. Diego and Brian removed and polished the edges. They then offered to raise the stove so it would be even with the counter. It was outside of what they came for. Thank-you. Highly recommend this company and these two fellows!
Less than satisfactory experience. Even after providing the measurements I was given an incorrect quote and no solution to fix their error. Please stay away from this company. I visited Granstone due to their 5 star reviews but all that they are is a disappointment.
We decided on Granstone after a recommendation from a friend and we were not disappointed. Not only did they offer us the best price, but their communication through the entire process was on point and quick. Even when the style we selected was delayed a month, Hayley was quick to offer a a perfect solution that saw our counters installed on time. Granstone has provided a most satisfying experience from start to finish on our installation of a new bathroom vanity top. A very friendly welcome guided me through the process of stone selection, to viewing remnant selection, to the in home measurement procedure, to the actual installation ot the finished product. I recently built a small cupboard to mount beside our new kitchen range and I wanted to complete it by topping it with a piece of quartz to match the countertop to the rest of the kitchen which we had installed 15 or so years ago.
