I am filing this complaint to formally report attorney Gina Gaedke for professional misconduct and negligence that has caused me significant harm regarding my property located at 2410 Bryan St, Austin, TX. On or about May 27, 2025, Ms. Gaedke prepared and filed a Warranty Deed with the Travis County Clerk, fraudulently conveying my property to her client, Dr. Wong, despite the fact that he had no legal ownership interest. I had set up an initial complimentary meeting with Ms. Gaedke to talk about creating a trust and to see if she was a good fit for what we were needing. Her assistant emailed me a form that she wanted emailed back to her BEFORE the first zoom meeting. I wasn’t excited that it would be a Zoom meeting, but apparently Ms. Gaedke works from home. I’m assuming that my sensitive financial information would then be emailed again to her home. Terrific attorney. Knowledgeable, professional, remarkably available for questions. Explains what seem like pretty complicated estate management issues in terms even I can understand. Very reasonable fees for the quality of service performed.
