It has taken me time to write this review because the kindness, professionalism, care, and expertise this company showed during 2 back to back floods in rental properties I have on Hatteras Island this summer left me speechless. We just completed a major restoration with the work being done by GranPlan. I dealt primarily with Glen and he was extremely easy to work with - very responsive and stayed on top of all the different moving pieces! The quality of the work was just outstanding! We will definitely use them in again in the future! I would highly recommend them!

I have to say this company is incredible. Karl and his crew were efficient with putting in an elevator in our Nags Head house. Then today happens…. We found a leak sending water into our garage. After many calls to 24 hour plumbers and no response, my husband called Karl for any assistance. Within 20 minutes we had a crew to our home. Paul and Glenn found the issue and remediated the area quickly. This company will be our first call for any renovations, additions or repairs in the future. Thank you

Totally pleased with the working with Glenn Paul at Gran Plan, Inc. I’ve worked with hundreds of contractors in my 33 year career and I find Mr. Paul to be one of the best. His workmanship has been impeccable and it’s hard to find a better person with which to work.
