After thousands and thousands of miles, I finally broke the throttle plate in my 1974 2002tii fuel pump. Even though I worked on this car for many years my body was not up to the task, so I took the car to Granny’s auto repair. I talked to the original owner and he told me about the many 2002’s he once owned, so I felt comfortable leaving my car with him. Did Not Honor Service Warranty or Longtime Customer Loyalty – Three weeks after a radiator hose replacement, it broke causing a road side breakdown and replacement of a relatively new radiator,( 4 years). Despite strong evidence of faulty repair, Granny's would not stand behind their repair or respect 10 years of customer loyalty and thousands of dollars in previous 10 years of service.

Granny's Garage - Terrific Shop – I have worked with Granny's Garage for 5 years. My experiences have been always positive. Kurt Kimball, proprietor of Granny's, is quick to lend insightful advice and is at the ready to save his customers from needless repairs - although sometimes I refuse to listen....His first impulse is to find an economical solution to the problem.
