I ordered a 12 pack of iced tea for a Christmas party. It's been almost two months and I have received nothing. Absolutely zero customer service. I've sent emails and I've called several times. Nobody responds to me. But they charged me almost $42 for the product that they never sent me. I can't even request a refund because there's nobody responding to me. It's a great product, but I will never support this company again.
